You're the one holding it all together.

The deadlines. The kids. Your parents. The team that needs you. When something's on fire, you're the one they call.

You feel stuck in between, constantly tired, and you can't remember the last time you had an hour that was actually yours.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, you've started to feel like someone you don't recognise. Shorter fuse. Foggier decisions. A body that aches for reasons you can't name. Tired isn't a bad week anymore. It's your normal.

Here's the truth: running on empty isn't peak performance. It's survival mode.

Peak performance isn't pushing harder.

It's the state where your body, mind and energy are working together, so you think clearly, decide well and give your best without burning out. It's when you can show up fully for the people who matter, and actually like who you are while you do it.

Clear head

You're focused on what matters, not running ten tabs in your mind.

Energy that lasts

You finish the day with something left for yourself.

Ease under pressure

Things are still demanding, but they stop feeling like a fight.

You won't get there in one evening. But what if you walked out feeling 10% clearer, 10% lighter and 10% more like yourself?

90 minutes. Four steps. No routine to learn.

A guided movement session that takes you from wound-up to grounded, one step at a time.

  1. 1

    Feel

Slow down and notice what your body has been carrying all week.

  2. 2

    Release

Shake off tension you didn't even know you were holding.

  3. 3

    Energize

Build real, physical energy from the inside out, through strength and flowing movement.

  4. 4

    Empower

Leave clear on how you want to show up for the rest of 2026, at work and at home.

No experience needed. Move at your own pace, make any movement smaller and rest whenever you need to.

Bring the kids. They come free.

Saturday evenings are family time, so kids under 16 are welcome at no cost. The studio has a soft floor and plenty of space to move together.

One honest note: this works best for kids who can join in on their own. Very young children who need close supervision may find it hard to settle, and so will you. This is your 90 minutes too.

Meet Dr Sharone Wang

Sharone is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has been a physiotherapist since 2009. She led the orthosurgical team in a hospital physiotherapy department and travelled with Singapore's national teams to the SEA Games and Asian Games, working with athletes whose job is to perform at their peak.

When she left public healthcare, she started working 10 fewer hours a week and getting better results. She knows what running on empty feels like, and what it takes to stop.

Living enFLOW is the practice she built from that: leading yourself through your body, so you can choose how you show up instead of being carried along by everything else.

Questions

Yes. There's no level to reach and no right way to move. Every movement can be made smaller, and you can rest whenever you like. What matters most is that you listen to your body and have fun with the process.

One Saturday evening. 90 minutes. For you.

Only 20 spots. Finish 2026 feeling like yourself again.
